Use of Astera Digital Services (especially interactive or physical-activity-based apps) is at your own risk. It is a condition for the use of our Services that you must be in a good general state of health. If you have knowledge of any pre-existing medical conditions, we advise you to seek medical advice from a doctor urgently before starting.

The services and information offered by Astera Digital do not constitute medical advice or a doctor’s advice. Nor are they a substitute for a medical examination or treatment.
5. User Account & Registration
In order to use our Services, you must first register and open a user account. You can open a user account either directly online on our website or via one of our mobile apps. We will ask you to accept these General Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy during the registration process.
6. Conclusion of Contract
How the respective contract is formed depends on the method by which you register. For mobile app registrations, the formation of the user contract depends on the rules of the app store supplier (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.).
7. Term & Renewal
Our subscriptions are offered with varying minimum terms of validity and are automatically renewed for the same minimum term that has been selected until you or we cancel them via the respective platform settings.
8. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us an unequivocal notification via email to support@asteradigital.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our products—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Astera Digital and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this content in a non-commercial form.
10. Liability
For services provided for a fee, we have unlimited liability for damage due to willful conduct or gross negligence. For services provided free of charge, our liability is limited to damage due to willful conduct or gross negligence.
11. Growby in ChatGPT
Growby in ChatGPT is a free plugin operated by Astera Digital that provides general information about pregnancy and child development inside ChatGPT. It does not require a user account, so section 5 does not apply to it, and it does not sell products or process payments.
The information it provides is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment (see section 4.2). Always talk to your doctor, midwife or pediatrician about your own health or your child's, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services immediately. Your use of ChatGPT itself is governed by OpenAI's terms. How we handle data for this plugin is described in our privacy policy.
