2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as account registration details, support inquiries, or job applications. This may include your name, email address, and professional background.
2.2 Automated Collection
Our native applications may collect technical identifiers (e.g., device ID, OS version) to ensure performance stability and deliver personalized content, such as localized horoscopes or story recommendations.
3. Use of Data
We use your data exclusively to:
- Deliver premium application experiences.
- Provide critical technical support.
- Analyze app performance for elite-level optimization.
- Communicate essential updates regarding your services.
4. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted industry partners (like Apple, Google, and Firebase) for essential infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. Data shared with partners is limited to what is necessary for functional operation.
5. Your Rights
Under global standards (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. You can manage many of these preferences directly within our mobile applications or by contacting our privacy team.
6. Growby in ChatGPT
Growby in ChatGPT is a plugin operated by Astera Digital. It offers general information about pregnancy and child development inside ChatGPT. This section explains what happens to your data when you use it.
6.1 What we receive
When you use Growby in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends our server only what is needed to answer your request: a pregnancy week, a child's age (and, for the corrected-age calculator, the pregnancy week at birth), a search topic, the language, or — if you use the pregnancy week calculator — a single date (the first day of your last period, your due date, a conception date, or an IVF transfer date with the embryo's age). No account or sign-in is needed, and we do not receive your name, email address or ChatGPT conversation.
6.2 What stays on your device
The contraction timer, kick counter, breastfeeding timer, guided kegel session, checklists and birth plan builder run inside ChatGPT on your device. Your timings, ticks and choices are never sent to us.
6.3 How we use and keep it
We use these inputs only to return the answer. We do not store them, we do not create a profile, we do not link them to you, and we do not use them for advertising or sell them. Our servers keep technical logs (which feature was used, language, response time and errors) without the content of your request, for up to 30 days, to keep the service running. The service is hosted on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Firebase).
6.4 Links out of ChatGPT
If you tap a link to the Growby app, you leave ChatGPT and go to the App Store, Google Play or growby.app. The link carries only a campaign label (for example "chatgpt-pregnancy_week") so we can count visits from ChatGPT.
6.5 Your choices and health information
You can disconnect or remove the plugin in ChatGPT at any time; because we do not store your inputs, there is no Growby in ChatGPT data to delete.
